Shabbat Alive!
Rick Recht energizes congregations from coast-to-coast with his extremely interactive and inspirational musical, Shabbat Alive! service. The service highlights community soloists, musicians and choirs of all ages as well as the leaders who are part of weekly services. Rick meets with the clergy during the planning process to create a highly customized service that incorporates the traditions of the congregation. PJ Library Kids Concerts
Rick is the national celebrity spokesperson for PJ Library and performs PJ Library concerts and leadership training programs across the US. His two extremely popular kids albums, Free to Be the Jew in Me and Look at Me, have been distributed nationally to thousands of Jewish preschool-age children through PJ Library. Included in each PJ Concert is a full package of interactive, engagement opportunities helping to expand the concert experience into a long-lasting, community-building experience.
Leadership Training
Rick is a renowned Jewish educator and the founder/executive director of Songleader Boot Camp, one of the top leadership training programs in the North America. In addition to presenting at the national and regional Songleader Boot Camp conferences, Rick is available to offer leadership training seminars and provide individual or group coaching, either on-site or via Skype. Rick performs for a select number of mitzvah engagements each year, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for families celebrating a Bar or Bat Mitzvah or Jewish wedding.
